What Livius can do?

The Livius platform consists of a number of selected applications, including video module, calendar and chat function. Together, they facilitate a better, more efficient and personal collaboration between care recipients, carers and relatives.

In addition to significant efficiency improvements and savings, the use of Livius also generates a number of positive synergy effects – which create a better everyday life for everyone involved.

The platform is easy and intuitive to use for all age groups and can be used on both tablet, smart phone and computer.

The network is of course closed and secured against external access.

Care workers can make video calls to citizens or colleagues. The citizen can likewise, with an easy and simple click, make video calls to care staff and relatives. Relatives can also connect with their family member and the care workers. This function is rights-controlled and adapted to the individual citizen.

Care workers get an overview of their own contacts and can filter across relationships.The citizen also has an easy and simple access to all contacts and can filter across them.

The citizen gets an easy overview of his appointments and tasks and can share the calendar with relatives. The care givers have access to the citizen’s calendar, their own calendar and common calendar. This gives them an overview of the day’s tasks and agreements/tasks can easily be coordinated with care recipients and colleagues.

Here, the citizen can both write and record messages to staff and relatives. Likewise, care workers can send messages to the care recipient and to colleagues.

The citizen can write about the day and share these with staff or relatives if he/she wishes to do so. If the diary is shared with the care workers, they can follow and comment on the experiences – and it can thereby be used as a pedagogical tool.

Care workers can view and order goods and/or services, such as nappies, hygiene products and transportation. The care recipient can also see and order goods and/or services, such as transportation or activities.

The care worker can save, share and retrieve documents, photos and video – such as transfer instructions, training videos and more. Likewise the care recipient can save, share and retrieve documents, photos and videos and can choose to share these with relatives and/or care workers.

Here the care recipient gets an overview of the meals of the day via text and pictures. The care recipient can easily order/cancel meals as well as purchase extra meals for relatives. At the same time, the kitchen gets a quick overview of the ordered meals can easily retract data that makes the accounting easier.
